This positive trend indicates that the Bali tourism sector is gradually recovering from the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. Now, Bali welcomes both foreign and domestic visitors to experience its beautiful tourist destinations, vibrant atmosphere, and diverse and healthy culinary offerings. Whether for leisure or conventions, Bali offers an enjoyable experience for all.
The Indonesian Association of Food Technologist (IAFT) is pleased to invite you to the 2nd International Conference on Food Technology and Nutrition (IC-FTN 2023), which will be held on November 3-4, 2023, in Bali, Indonesia.
We have prepared an exciting program that includes distinguished keynote speakers, engaging symposia featuring prominent invited speakers, presentations on recent research, food industry exhibition, and networking opportunities for food technologists. As we anticipate attracting food technologists from around the world, this conference will provide an excellent platform to foster global connections.
IC-FTN 2023 aims to serve as a platform for the exchange of ideas and experiences in the field of food technology and nutrition. Numerous countries worldwide are renowned for their distinctive and appealing research expertise. These research studies encompass a wide range of topics, including functional foods, fermentation and food biotechnology, food safety, culinary and gastronomy, food processing and engineering, as well as other areas that cover current trends in food technology and nutrition.
IAFT has entrusted the Organizing Committee with the responsibility of hosting and accommodating food technologist from Indonesia and around the world for IC-FTN 2023. With the necessary supports in place, we are confident that we can successfully organize IC-FTN 2023 and achieve its intended goals.
