Programs
The conference will consist of 4 keynote speakers and 6 invited speakers (30 minutes for each presentation) given by outstanding scientists and whose exceptionally creative work opens up new frontiers for food technology and nutrition applications. The keynote speakers will be delivered in the related topic of the parallel sessions.
In addition, there will be two poster sessions allowing for the viewing of a large number of poster presentations. Each poster session will cover the whole topics in Food Science and Food Technology. The posters will be separately presented during two days of conference in order to efficiently offer a chance to all poster presenters to attract attention of their work.
The participant who attending the conference are estimated about 300 delegates from cross the world. They have competency and expertise in food technology and nutrition from educational, academia and industrial background. The conference provides an opportunity to network with others with similar interests, to share and discuss the views of acknowledged experts, to take part in lecture session and courses and to present your own work through a short communication or poster.
During the conference, a lot of product innovation from all participants will be presented in an exhibition. This will allow the sponsor to participate and promote their product. The main purpose of this exhibition is to provide opportunity to all participants to exchange information and knowledge of food related products and its technology among countries.
