CALL FOR ABSTRACT

Abstracts will be evaluated for originality, relevancy, accuracy, and research depth. If the abstract is accepted, the author agrees to send a full-text paper, including results, tables, figures, and references. All submissions should report original and previously unpublished research results, irrespective of the research paper type. Full-text papers (.docx and .doc) will be accepted by Electronic Submission Form. Manuscripts should meet the format set by the conference committee and are subject to review

ABSTRACT GUIDELINES

  1. Abstracts can be submitted for poster presentations or oral presentation
  2. The organizing committee has full authority for acceptance of the abstracts
  3. Presenters will receive notification regarding the acceptance of their abstract within 2 weeks of submission
  4. All abstracts must be submitted and presented in English
  5. Abstracts should be based on any of the topic areas listed below:
  • Current Trends in Food Technology and Nutrition
  • Food Processing and Engineering
  • Food Fermentation and Biotechnology
  • Culinary and Gastronomy
  • Food Chemistry and Functional Food
  • Food Safety, Quality, and Policy
  1. Abstracts must consist of maximum of 250 words. Abstracts titles are limited to a maximum of 25 words. The maximum number of keywords is 5 words.
  2. The abstract should be sent in MS Word format.
